Look better. Feel stronger. Live longer. GLP-1 therapy, hormones, and peptides — managed by one physician who sees the full picture.
Limited patient panel — currently accepting new patients
"Weight, hormones, energy, muscle, cardiovascular health — these are the things that actually determine how you feel and how long you stay healthy. Nobody's managing them together. I started Wellesley Medical because one physician, paying close attention to all of it, is the difference between feeling fine and operating at your peak."
Your energy drops. The weight accumulates in places it never used to. You're losing muscle despite staying active. Your sleep is off. Your labs come back "normal" and your doctor moves on.
Dr. Seth Lampert trained at Tufts and spent years in emergency medicine — where you learn to read patients fast and miss nothing. As a lifelong strength and fitness athlete, he understands body composition from the inside: what it actually takes to preserve muscle, optimize hormones, and build a metabolism that works long-term — not just lose weight.
He founded Wellesley Medical because those two things together — clinical precision and a firsthand understanding of how the body actually performs — don't exist in one place. They should.

Every protocol we build has one goal — help you look, feel, and perform your best. Safely, and backed by real medicine.
That's the difference between a prescription and a physician.
Whether you start with GLP-1 therapy, hormone optimization, or peptides — your care is physician-led, evidence-based, and built for long-term health and longevity.
GLP-1 therapy managed by your physician. Oral and injectable options, personalized dose titration, metabolic monitoring, side effect management. We also monitor body composition and guide muscle preservation — because losing weight well matters as much as losing it.
Testosterone, thyroid, estrogen, progesterone — tested, interpreted, and managed by a doctor who sees the full picture. For men navigating low energy and women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and everything in between.
Tissue repair, immune support, recovery, sleep, body composition — peptide therapies are among the most promising tools in metabolic medicine. Dr. Lampert holds advanced certification in peptide therapy and prescribes from the full range of available treatments.
Data from published randomized controlled trials of semaglutide and tirzepatide. These are trial-level outcomes, not practice claims. Individual results vary. Wellesley Medical protocols are built on this evidence base.
Complete your intake. We order baseline labs. Then a comprehensive video consultation with Dr. Lampert — your medical history, lab review, medication selection, and a treatment protocol customized to you.
Your prescription is sent. Your smart scale arrives at your door. Treatment begins with a titration schedule built around your body. Dr. Lampert is a message away if anything comes up.
Regular video and messaging check-ins with Dr. Lampert, tailored to your protocol and progress. He's already looked at your weight trend before you log on. Lab reviews at six months. Real adjustments by someone who actually knows your case.
Reaching your goal weight isn't the end — it's a transition. As your needs change, your care expands: hormone optimization, metabolic monitoring, body composition tracking, longevity markers. One physician managing the full picture.
Dr. Lampert trained at Tufts University School of Medicine and practiced emergency medicine across Massachusetts and Rhode Island before founding Wellesley Medical. A lifelong fitness and strength training enthusiast, he understands body composition and muscle preservation from the inside — not just the textbook. His ER background gives him the clinical decisiveness most metabolic medicine physicians lack. A4M certified in peptide therapy and hormone optimization.
Dr. Heather Lampert completed her residency at Brown University and fellowship training at the Joslin Diabetes Center — the world's leading institution for diabetes research and metabolic care. She is a board-certified family medicine physician specializing in preventive care, with additional certification in menopausal therapies and medical weight management. She advises Wellesley Medical on clinical protocols across metabolic medicine, hormone optimization, and long-term patient care standards.
We maintain a small patient panel so Dr. Lampert can give every patient the attention they deserve — and the continuity that actually produces results.
A comprehensive video consultation with Dr. Lampert. Your medical history, baseline labs, medication selection, and a personalized treatment protocol.
Ongoing physician-led care. Same doctor every visit. Your clinical team a message away. Your data reviewed regularly. Your protocol adjusted as your body changes.
Medications purchased separately through your insurance, manufacturer discount programs, or pharmacy of your choice. We prescribe and manage your care. You choose where to fill.
No. Wellesley Medical is a cash-pay practice. This means no prior authorizations, no formulary restrictions, and no 7-minute visits — Dr. Lampert prescribes what's clinically best and spends the time your case requires. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds. We provide itemized receipts upon request. The initial evaluation is $600 one-time. Ongoing care is $350 per month — no contract, cancel anytime.
Every patient gets a fully custom program — no templates, no cookie-cutter protocols. Dr. Seth Lampert personally designs your plan based on your biomarkers, health history, and goals, then tracks your progress and adjusts along the way. You see the same physician at every visit. Most clinics use rotating providers who don't know your history. We keep our patient panel small so Dr. Lampert can give you the hands-on attention that actually drives results.
We treat the full spectrum of metabolic health. That includes physician-led weight management with GLP-1 therapy, hormone optimization for men and women (testosterone, thyroid, estrogen, progesterone), and peptide therapy for tissue repair, immune support, recovery, and body composition. Most patients come to us for one and stay because we manage the full picture.
Dr. Lampert writes your prescriptions and guides you to the best option for filling them — whether that's a retail pharmacy, a manufacturer patient assistance program, or your insurance formulary. We walk you through the process so you're never guessing where to go or what to do next. Wellesley Medical does not dispense or sell medications directly.
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Wellesley Medical is not a primary care practice. We specialize in metabolic medicine — weight management, hormones, and peptides — and work alongside your existing doctor, not in place of them.
All consultations are via secure video. Ongoing care includes regular video and async messaging check-ins tailored to your protocol and progress. Dr. Lampert orders baseline labs and reviews them every six months — or more often if your protocol requires it. Lab work is completed at a facility near you.
Wellesley Medical currently serves patients in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. All appointments are conducted via telehealth, so you can be seen from anywhere in either state.
